I would expect CBBE to somewhat work with IA7 in UNP. Don't use this mod if you want skimpy looks. I can't think of one that shows a significant amount of skin.

And pretty much all of it are full cover clothes or armor. A lot of IA7 armors are really not for small framed females anyway.
